The name Oluwafemi Moses Lawal has started making headlines recently after graduating with a historic 4.98/5.00 CGPA from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU).

Clearly, the Obafemi Awolowo University is one of the toughest universities in Nigeria. While the school is yet to produce 5.00/5.00, Oluwafemi Moses Lawal graduating with 4.98/5.00 can’t be left without talking about.

With the CGPA 4.98/5.00, Oluwafemi Moses Lawal emerges as the valedictorian; the overall best-graduating student of Obafemi Awolowo University, Osun-State, Nigeria.

Throughout his 4 years as a student of the Department of Management and Accounting from the faculty of administration, he scored one B and As in all of his courses.

Outside the walls of the University, Oluwafemi won the overall best student 4times at the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) professional exams with a total of 14 awards in three years. He has a total of 22 awards in four years.

Sharing the development, A LinkedIn influencer wrote; “Meet Oluwafemi Moses Lawal, CFA, he graduated with a 4.98/5.00 Grade Point in Accounting to emerge as the Overall best-graduating student of Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria.

All through Oluwafemi’s four-year academic journey at the university, he only scored one B and As in all of his courses.

Aside winning the university’s valedictorian, he bagged seven other awards including the Best Graduating Student in the university’s Faculty of Administration and the Department of Management and Accounting.

He said he also won the Best Student award in Finance and Related Disciplines and the Best Student in Taxation.

Outside the four walls of the university, Oluwafemi also emerged as the Overall Best Student 4 times in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) professional exams with a total of 14 awards in three years.
